Upon proof of your identity, you may request, at no cost, to exercise the following rights:

  1. obtain a copy of the personal data concerning you which is being processed by ULB and, where applicable, any information available on its purpose, origin and destination;
  2. obtain the rectification of any inaccurate personal data concerning you as well as obtain that incomplete data be completed;
  3. obtain, subject to the conditions laid down in the regulations, the erasure of personal data concerning you;
  4. obtain, subject to the conditions laid down in the regulations, the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you;
  5. obtain the portability of personal data concerning you provided to ULB, that is to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format, provided that the processing is based on consent or on a contract and that it is carried out by automated means;
  6. object, subject to the conditions laid down in the regulations, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you;
  7. lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority - contact(at)apd-gba.be

The conditions for exercising the rights mentioned in points c, d and f are detailed in the annex below.

These rights may be exercised by contacting by email or signed and dated letter the Data Protection Officer of ULB. In accordance with the law, a response will be provided within 30 days of the submission of the request.
